What areas do you serve?
We currently serve St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas in Northeast Florida. If you're unsure whether you're in our range, just reach out!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! I Stay, You Go LLC is fully registered and insured for all services, including pet care, babysitting, and house sitting.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as possible! We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for overnight stays. Last-minute requests are accepted when availability allows. If I cannot accommodate a last-minute request, I will send recommendations of people who may be able to.
Do you offer free consultations or meet-and-greets?
Yes! We offer complimentary virtual or in-person meet-and-greets for new clients, depending on the service. It’s important to make sure everyone feels comfortable.
How do I know I can trust you in my home?
We take your trust seriously. I Stay, You Go LLC is insured, and all service providers are vetted, reliable, and committed to treating your home and loved ones with the utmost care and respect.
What if I need multiple services at once (like pet and house sitting)?
No problem! You can bundle services for convenience and cost savings. Just let us know during booking, and we’ll create a custom care plan for your needs.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We allow cancellations up to 24 hours before your service for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee. Digital products are non-refundable.
